Listed below are a variety of organizations, websites and resources that focus on re-entering the workforce.

Après is a digital recruiting platform that connects candidates looking to return to the workforce with companies seeking experience, talent and diversity. It offers tools to successfully navigate workforce reentry, including original content, online tutorials, vetted career coaches, and a curated job market with a variety of job types across a range of sectors.

Boulo is a platform focused on helping women return to and stay in the workforce by finding them jobs at companies with flexible cultures..

iRelaunch
Designed to meet the needs of mid-career professionals on a career break, iRelaunch seeks members with a minimum of five years’ work experience and/or a graduate degree or equivalent level experience.

Lynda
Lynda is a subscription service that allows users to update their skills anytime, anywhere. This online learning site offers access to more than 4,000 courses in business, technology and creative skills taught by industry experts.

Mom Corps
A division of Corps Team, a national professional search and staffing firm, Mom Corps serves a resource to help place experienced professionals in full-time, fractional, flexible and virtual positions.

The Mom Project
The Mom Project is a digital talent marketplace and community that connects professionally accomplished women with companies. It also lists flexible job options for full-time, part-time and remote work in the U.S.

NextGroup
Founded by two Kellogg alumna (Class of '97), NextGroup is both a community of female talent supporting one another in the workplace and a boutique search firm exclusively focused on connecting experienced female talent with the employers who need them. NextGroup provides support and programming to women advancing, pivoting or returning to the workforce. They match women with employers seeking full-time, part-time and contract talent, and advocate for them through the process

OnRamp Fellowship
OnRamp Fellowship is a platform that places women in paid positions in law firms, legal departments and financial services firms in the U.S., Australia and the U.K. for six to 12 months.

reacHIRE
Founded by CEO and self-admitted "serial entrepreneur" Addie Swartz, reacHIRE partners with Fortune 500 corporations to connect them to the more than 1.6 million people who were on a career break and are now ready to re-enter the workforce.
