Your Reunion year is a special time to reflect on how Kellogg and the generosity of fellow alumni impacted your life. It is also a time to show your support of Kellogg and positively influence the experience of current students. One way to do this is by making a multi-year Reunion pledge. 

With a multi-year pledge to the Kellogg Fund during your milestone year, you would have a tremendous impact on immediate and sustained support for student scholarships, faculty research and the creation of new programming. You will also join your classmates in providing foundational funding for Kellogg’s top priorities.

How do I make a pledge?

You can download and fill out a Reunion pledge form. A completed copy of this form can be scanned and sent via email to annualgiving@kellogg.northwestern.edu or mailed to:

How do I complete the Reunion pledge form?

  1. Fill out your first and last name at the top of the form and include your current address.

  2. If you plan to make your annual payments through a donor-advised fund, please mark the box labeled “multi-year intention.” For all other payment methods, please mark “multi-year pledge.” If you plan on making your annual pledge payment through multiple sources, please contact our team at annualgiving@kellogg.northwestern.edu to help complete the pledge form.

  3. Select where you would like the gift to be designated. For questions regarding these designations, please contact annualgiving@kellogg.northwestern.edu

  4. Next to “Total Pledge Amount,” please write the amount of the gift in its entirety. In the section below you can indicate the annual installments on this gift that you would like to make. For example, if you plan to make a total gift of $25,000, please write “$25,000” on the line next to “Total Pledge Amount.” Below, you can indicate that you would like to pay in equal annual installments of $5,000 by writing that amount on each line next to the “Amount to be paid by” date listed.

  5. Add your signature and the date at the bottom of the form and indicate how you would like to make your first payment.

  6. A completed copy of this form can be scanned and sent via email to annualgiving@kellogg.northwestern.edu or mailed to:

Will I receive annual payment reminders?

Yes, you will receive a mailed reminder and an email the month before your payment is due. During the life of the pledge, you will also be removed from annual solicitations.

How is my Reunion pledge counted?

The total amount of your pledge will be counted in your class giving totals, and you will be recognized for the full amount in your Reunion year. And if you chose, your name will be included on your class Reunion donor honor roll.
