Kellogg Executive Women’s Network

KEWN continues to advance its goal of reaching a national and international audience with its programming while maintaining its strong network of alumnae in the Chicago area. In spring 2023, we celebrated International Women’s Day with a virtual panel on transforming your career by identifying and being intentional with your gifts. Moderated by Wendy Kritt ’84 MBA, the event featured Ginny Clarke ’84 MBA, Mary Olson-Menzel ’02 MBA and Kris Holmes ’86 MBA, who participated in a lively discussion and answered questions from audience members.

This was followed by two Chicago-based events. For the first time since 2019, we held our annual wine tasting in person. On May 11, Lori Crosley ’94 MBA, a Boisset Collection corporate wine concierge, presented pairings and spoke about the history of wine. We ended our spring season with a conversation between Janet Foutty, executive chair of the board of Deloitte U.S., and Ellen Taaffe ’12 MBA, clinical assistant professor of management and organizations, on seven critical leadership skills for women as discussed in Janet’s book “Arrive and Thrive.”
