Company Presentations
Company presentations offer an opportunity to showcase the opportunities and career paths available to MBA students at your company. Each company is allocated one hour for a planned presentation and networking.
Note: The Kellogg calendar is very full. The Employer Relations Team tries to prevent directly competing presentations (same industry/function), but there will always be other presentations, as well as speakers, club events and potentially classes up against any presentation.
Logistics of company presentations:- Presentations, once scheduled, are advertised on the Kellogg Calendar as well as the Career Management System.
- Lunch presentations are scheduled on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays at 12:15 p.m.
- Evening presentations are scheduled, Mondays through Thursdays at 5:15 p.m. (Presentations will not be held on the date of the Kellogg Networking Night)
- Presentations can also be held Monday - Thursday at 7:00 p.m. virtually or at off-site venues.
- When requesting presentation dates, please consider your preferred interview dates and the corresponding recommended presentation dates below.
- Due to the heavy scheduling load in Fall Quarter and declining attendance at 2nd year events, we strongly encourage companies to consider attending the Kellogg Networking Night (on-campus interview deadlines permitting) and/or holding coffee chats in lieu of a formal 2nd year company presentation.

The Kellogg Networking Night
The Kellogg Networking Night (KNN) offers a valuable alternative to formal corporate presentations. This event is recommended for companies who want to engage with a wide audience of students or who are new to Kellogg recruiting. This event is open to first and second year Kellogg students.

Coffee Chats
- Companies are able to see the list of registered students through the CMS.
- The system will facilitate open signups only. If you plan to invite specific candidates, please work with clubs to publicize your opportunity, and do not submit a request through the CMS.
- If you plan to hold coffee chats on multiple days, or for functions you'd like to keep separate, please submit a separate request for each day and/or function.
- Student Process:
- Sign-ups will start at 7:00 a.m. Central time on Mondays and Thursdays.
- Students will have until 7:00 a.m. two business days before the coffee chats to cancel their slot or swap times with another student.
